ZTE ZMax Pro, the latest mid-range phablet has been announced in USA and it is heading to MetroPCS this August. Lets check out the internals and features of this massive device below.

The ZTE ZMax Pro sports a 6.0-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD display, that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 (Quad 1.5 GHz + Quad 1.2 GHz) processor along with Adreno 405 GPU. It comes with 2 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory, which is further expandable via microSD card. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

On the camera front, the ZMax Pro rocks a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports single SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack. It also comes with a fingerprint sensor located at the back.

The ZMax Pro includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1, USB Type-C and GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 3,400 mAh built-in battery under the hood that also supports Quick Charge 3.0.

The ZTE ZMax Pro is available in Blue color and has been priced at US $99 after in-store discount. It can now be ordered from MetroPCS in USA and will start shipping from August 1, 2016. Recently, the company has launched the ZTE Small Fresh 4 smartphone in China.
