ZTE Nubia Z9 Max announced for USD 402

ZTE Nubia Z9 Max has been announced for CNY 2499 (US $402/ INR Rs 25,000 approximately). It is the latest smartphone in the Nubia series by ZTE. The company recently announced Grand S3 at MWC 2015. Lets go through the specifications of the device.


ZTE Nubia Z9 Max Specifications

The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS CGS display with a 75.1% screen-to-body ratio, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 (A57 – 4×2 GHz + A53 – 4×1.5 GHz) processor with 600 MHz Adreno 430 GPU. It has 3 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS with Nubia UI 2.8 on top of it.

The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max is equipped with a 16 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Sony IMX234 Exmor RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 6P lens. On the front, a 8 megapixel front-facing camera with Sony IMX179 Exmor BSI sensor and 80-degree wide viewing lens for selfies and video calling.

On the connectivity front, the ZTE Nubia Z9 Max has 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (dual band), Bluetooth 4.1, MHL 3.0, USB OTG and GPS. It has a 2,900 mAh battery under the hood. It supports dual Nano SIM.

The ZTE Nubia Z9 Max will be available from April 16 in China for CNY 2499 (US $402/ INR Rs 25,000 approximately). There is information on global roll out yet.
