ZTE Grand X Max+ phablet unveiled at CES 2015 for USD 200

ZTE Grand X Max+ has been unveiled by ZTE at CES 2015 in Las Vegas. It will be available for Cricket customers in USA for USD 199.99. Lets go through the specifications of the giant new phablet.


The ZTE Grand X Max+ features a 6-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400 processor. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat and hopefully, ZTE will provide an Android 5.0 Lollipop update as well. The phablet is 7.87 mm thick and weighs only 171 grams.

The ZTE Grand X Max+ is equipped with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with wide-angle lens for selfies and video calling. The phablet comes with Dolby audio which would give enhanced audio experience to the user.


On the connectivity front, the Grand X Max+ has 4G (Cat4), 3G HSPA+, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS/aGPS. It has a 3,200 mAh battery under the hood.

The ZTE Grand X Max+ will be available in black colour and has been priced at USD 199.99 without contract for Cricket customers in USA.
