ZTE AXON MAX has been officially launched in China. It is the latest phablet from the company in the AXON series. Lets check out the specifications.
ZTE AXON MAX Specifications
The ZTE AXON MAX features a 6-inch HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display with 2.5D curved glass. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 b4-bit processor along with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 3 GB of RAM and comes with 32 GB of internal memory that can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box with MiFavour 3.5 UI.
The AXON MAX is equipped with a 16 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF). On the front, there is a 13 megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture for selfies and video calling. It is 7.5 mm thick and weighs 188 grams. It comes with a fingerprint sensor and AK4961 24-bit ADC. The phablet supports Hybrid Dual SIM (nano) where the second SIM slot can be used as a microSD card slot.
On the connectivity front, the AXON MAX has 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (dual band), Bluetooth 4.0 with A2DP, GPS and reversible USB Type-C port. It packs in a 4,140 mAh battery under the hood that supports Quick Charge 2.0. Hence, 0 to 60% will be charged in 30 minutes.
The ZTE AXON MAX is available in Golden color and has been priced at CNY 2,799 (US $432 / INR Rs 28,630 approximately). It can now be ordered in China and will go on sale by the end of this month. There is no information on the global roll out yet.
The company had launched the ZTE Blade A1 couple of weeks back.
