ZOPO Speed 7C has been officially announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) in Barcelona last week. It is the latest budget smartphone in the ZOPO Speed 7 lineup that come with swappable wooden back covers. Lets check out the specifications of the device.
ZOPO Speed 7C Specifications
The ZOPO Speed 7C features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display that is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box and might be upgraded to Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS in the near future.
The Speed 7C is equipped with a 13.2 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, OmniVision OV13850 sensor and 5P lenses. It can shoot Full HD 1080p videos as well. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera f/2.8 aperture and OmniVision OV5670 sensor for selfies and video calling. It supports dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 8.65 mm thick and weighs 136 grams.
On the connectivity front, the Speed 7C has 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS. It packs in a 2,500 mAh battery under the hood.
The ZOPO Speed 7C is available in Ebony, Black Apricot, Phoenix Feather and Bamboo back cover variants. Details regarding availability and pricing has not been released yet.
The company has also announced the ZOPO Speed 8 flagship phablet at the event and it has been priced at US $299.99 (INR Rs 20,218 approximately). It will be going on sale starting from April 12, 2016.
