Zen Admire Star has been officially launched in India today. It is the latest low-end budget smartphone from Zen Mobiles that runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. It might be the cheapest smartphone in the country to run on Marshmallow. Lets have a look at the specifications, features and pricing of the device below.
Zen Admire Star Specifications
The Zen Admire Star features a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA display, that is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. It has 512 MB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box. It comes with Auto Call Recorder, flip to mute and contact blacklist features. Applications such as Zen App Cloud, Vuliv, Saavn, UC Mini browser, NexGenTV and Cool Gallery come pre-loaded on the phone. There is a Care app which provides access to the company’s service centers.
The Admire Star rocks a 5 megapixel rear camera LED flash. On the front, it has a 1.3 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.
On the connectivity front, it includes 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The smartphone packs in a 2,000 mAh battery under the hood, which promises up to 30 hours of talk time.
The Zen Admire Star is available in Gold color for Rs 3,290 in India. One month back, the company had launched the Zen Cinemax 3 for Rs 5,499.
