YU YUPHORIA coming to India on May 12

YU YUPHORIA is coming to India on May 12. This will be the second device from YU, sister concern of Micromax.

After launching Yureka, YU is all set to unveil YUPHORIA on May 12. The name of the smartphone was decided after holding a contest on their social media pages. Currently, you can also participate in ‘design a theme’ contest and win a cool Rs 5 lakhs.

As far as the specifications and features of YU YUPHORIA is concerned, we have got some hint about it.

YU YUPHORIA Specifications

The YUPHORIA will certainly run on Cyanogen OS 12 based on Android Lollipop which was also recently released for Yureka. It will be powered by 2 GB of RAM and come with 16GB of internal storage. It is also expected to come with a 64-bit processor. We do not have any information about the display, camera or battery yet but expect more details in the run up to the launch date.

YU YUPHORIA should be a mid-range device and is expected to take on the recent online-only devices from Xiaomi, ASUS, Lenovo and other companies. We will bring you more information as it develops over the coming week. So stay tuned.
