YU YU6000 (likely to be a codename), a mid-range 4G LTE enabled phablet has been imported, confirms a Zauba listing. According to the listing, we get to know it will feature a 6-inch Full HD display, however, an old GFXBench benchmark reveals that it will come with a 4.6-inch Full HD display. Also, the Geekbench benchmarks revealed that it will rock an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 chipset along with 3GB of RAM. Lets go through the rumoured specifications of this upcoming device now.
YU YU6000 Rumoured Specifications
The YU YU6000 will feature a 6-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display. It will be powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It will have 3 GB of RAM and come with 16 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded via microSD card. The device will run on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
The phablet will rock a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, can record Full HD (1080p) videos. On the front, there will be a 8 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It will support Dual SIM, come with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.
The YU6000 will include 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The battery capacity of the phablet has not been revealed yet.
The YU YU6000 has been imported to India for Rs 9,360 (per unit). Hence, it could be priced under Rs 10,000 in India. Yesterday, we have seen the YU YU5200 being imported as well. It comes with a 5.2-inch Full HD display, 1.6 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 chipset and more. Both these devices might get launched in the country very soon.
