Vivo, as expected, has launched the Vivo X5Max in India today which has been priced at Rs 32,980. Surprisingly, the phablet will only be sold offline through retailers and won’t be sold online officially. The Vivo X5Max phablet has dual SIM support with one micro SIM and one nano SIM slot which also doubles up as a microSD card slot when the second slot is unused. The device has a 3.5 mm audio jack with interlocking design to fit into the thin chassis unlike the OPPO R5 which doesn’t come with it.
The Vivo X5Max has 4G LTE/3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, USB OTG as connectivity options. The phablet has a 2,000 mAh battery under the hood to power the super slim beast. The dimensions of Vivo X5Max is 153.90 x 78.00 x 4.75 mm.

The world’s slimmest smartphone, the OPPO R5 will also go on sale in India this December and would be priced similarly as the world’s slimmest phablet.
