Videocon VA81M tablet launched in India for Rs 4900

Videocon VA81M tablet has been launched in India. It is a new 7-inch tab which is equipped with dual SIM support and voice calling capabilities. Lets look at the specifications.


Videocon VA81M tablet Specifications

The Videocon VA81M tablet features a 7-inch (1024 x 600 pixels) multi-touch display and is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual-core processor. It has 512 MB of RAM and comes with 4 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box and hopefully will get updated to Android 5.0 Lollipop in the near future.

It is equipped with a 2 megapixel rear camera and on the front, a 0.3 megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM and has 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.

On the connectivity front, the VA81M tablet has 3G (via SIM card), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, USB OTG and GPS. It packs in a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood.

The Videocon VA81M tablet has been priced at Rs 4,900 and is now available across retail stores in India. The company recently launched Videocon Infinium Z45 Nova+ smartphone.
