Ulefone Power with 6050mAh battery now selling globally for USD 210

Ulefone Power is the latest smartphone from the popular Chinese company that was announced couple of days back. It can now be pre-ordered globally from Gearbest. Lets take a look at the pricing of the device.


The Ulefone Power is available in White and Black color variants and has been priced at US $210. The unlocked smartphone can now be pre-ordered on Gearbest and the company would start shipping from January 28, 2016.

The e-commerce portal from China delivers in most countries with free shipping. However, you could also expedite the shipping by paying nominal charges and get it within 3-7 business days. Lets have a look at the specifications and features.


Ulefone Power Specifications

The Ulefone Power features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD LTPS AUO 2.5D curved glass display that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 3 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box and will be upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow, according to Ulefone. It has a metal frame and an abrasion-proof back cover.

The phablet comes with a 13 megapixel rear primary camera with dual-tone LED flash, Sony’s 4th Gen IMX214 sensor with f/1.8 aperture. It shoots Full HD 1080p videos. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with Omnivision OV5648 sensor with flash for selfies and video calling. It supports Hybrid Dual SIM (micro) where the second SIM slot can be used as a microSD card slot. It is 9.5 mm thick and weighs 190 grams. It comes with a fingerprint sensor that can unlock the device in 0.1 to 0.3 seconds and also has an Infrared sensor for remote access.


The Ulefone Power includes 4G LTE (FDD-LTE : 800/1800/2100/2600 MHz), 3G (WCDMA : 850/900/1900/2100 MHz), 2G (GSM : 850/900/1800/1900 MHz), Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, USB OTG and GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a mammoth 6,050 mAh Lithium-ion Polymer battery under the hood that supports Quick Charging. It comes with a 9V/2~3A quick charger which can charge the phone completely in 90 to 120 minutes. According to the company, a 5 minute Quick Charge will be sufficient for up to 2 hours of talk time whereas 30 minutes Quick Charge will offer 1 day of normal usage.


The Ulefone Power package contains Cell Phone (1), Power Adapter (1), USB Cable (1) and English Manual (1).
