TP-LINK Neffos Y5L with Snapdragon 210 SoC goes official

TP-LINK, a popular company in the networking products has announced its fourth smartphone, the TP-LINK Neffos Y5L in the Neffos series. Earlier this year in January, the company had launched the C5, C5L and C5 Max. Lets check out the specifications and features of the Y5L below.

TP-LINK Neffos Y5L Specifications

The TP-LINK Neffos Y5L features a 4.5-inch (854 x 480) FWVGA IPS display, that is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor along with Adreno 304 GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box.

The Neffos Y5L comes with a 5 megapixel rear camera with LED flash. It has a 2 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM and comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack.

The Neffos Y5L comes with 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,020 mAh battery under the hood.

TP-LINK Neffos Y5L Family

The TP-LINK Neffos Y5L is available in Black, Yellow and White color variants. It will soon start rolling out in Europe West and East, South Asia, South East and the Middle East and Africa. The pricing has not been revealed yet but it will be announced in the local countries closer to the sale.
