Sony Xperia X and XA can now be pre-booked in India

Sony Xperia X and XA smartphones were announced in February along with Xperia X Premium. Starting today Sony Xperia X and XA devices can now be pre-booked in India. According to Sony India, “This will give chance to Sony fans to be the first ones to know about the details of the all new Sony Xperia X and XA launch offers and price as soon as it is launched in India.

To register for these devices in India, click on Sony Xperia X and Xperia XA. There is no information about the pricing and launch date yet. Do, check out the specifications of both these devices.

The Sony Xperia X features a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD Triluminos display. It is powered by a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 650 (Quad 1.2 GHz + 2 x 1.8 GHz) 64-bit processor along with Adreno 510 GPU. It has 3 GB of RAM and comes with 32 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 200 GB via microSD card. The device runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with Xperia launcher on top.

The Xperia X comes with a 23 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 1/2.3″ Sony Exmor RS image sensor, Predictive Hybrid AF speed of 0.03 second, f/2.0 aperture. It can shoot Full HD 1080p videos. On the front, there is a 13 megapixel front-facing camera with 1/3″ Exmor R sensor, 22 mm wide-angle lens, f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calling. It can also shoot Full HD 1080p videos. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 (MT6755) 64-bit processor along with Mali T860 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 200 GB via microSD card. The device runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with Xperia launcher on top.

The Xperia XA comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 1/3″ Sony Exmor RS sensor, Hybrid Auto Focus. It can shoot Full HD 1080p videos. On the front, there is a 8 megapixel front-facing camera with Sony Exmor R sensor, 88-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video calling. It can also shoot Full HD 1080p videos. The smartphone is 7.9 mm thick and weighs 137.4 grams. It comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio with RDS and supports Dual SIM (region dependent).
