Samsung Galaxy Win 2 launched in Brazil

Samsung Galaxy Win 2 (SM-G360BT) has been launched in Brazil. It is the successor of Galaxy Win announced last year. Lets go through the specifications of Galaxy Win 2.

The Samsung Galaxy Win 2 features a 4.5-inch (800 x 480 pixels) TFT display which is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the latest version of the TouchWiz on top of it. Hopefully it will get an Android 5.0 Lollipop update as well.

The Galaxy Win 2 comes with a 5 megapixel primary rear camera with LED flash. On the front, it has a 2 megapixel camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone has Dual SIM feature, weighs 130 grams and is 8.8mm thick.


The Galaxy Win 2 (SM-G360BT) includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,000 mAh battery under the hood.

The Samsung Galaxy Win 2 is available in White, Black and Grey colour variants and has been priced at 729 Brazilian Real (US $232 / INR Rs 14,500 approximately) for digital TV-less variant and 779 Real (US $248 / INR Rs 15,500 approximately) for digital TV variant. There is no information on global roll out.

Samsung recently announced Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge at MWC 2015 in Barcelona which uses Samsung Pay. The pricing of these two devices were revealed.
