The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 8.0 will feature a 8.0-inch (2048 x 1536 pixels) 4:3 QXGA Super AMOLED display. It will be powered by a 1.8 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 652 processor along with Adreno 510 GPU. It will come with 3 GB of RAM along with 32 GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD slot. The device will run on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box with TouchWiz UI on top of it.

In the camera department, it will rock a 8 megapixel rear camera and a 2.1 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It will be just 5.6 mm thick and weigh 272 grams. It comes with a fingerprint scanner on the home button.

On the connectivity front, it Galaxy Tab S3 8.0 will come with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (dual band) MIMO, WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and GLONASS. The tablet will pack in a 4,000 mAh battery under the hood.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 8.0 is expected to be officially announced by the end of this month or in June, since it has been certified by TENAA.
