Samsung India launches 64GB variant of Galaxy On Nxt for Rs. 16900

Samsung has launched the 64GB ROM variant of the Galaxy On Nxt smartphone in India today. The company had launched the same smartphone back in October last year with 32GB storage option. So lets check out the specifications, features and pricing of the phone below.

The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD TFT 2.5D display, that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. It is powered by a 1.6GHz octa-core Exynos 7870 processor along with Mali-T830 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 256 GB by adding a microSD card. The device runs on Samsung’s TouchWiz UI based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS.

In the camera department, there is a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash and f/1.9 aperture. We get a 8 megapixel front-facing camera with f/1.9 aperture for clicking selfies and making video calls. It has a unibody metal design, that is 8mm thick and weighs 167 grams. It supports Dual SIM (nano), comes with a 3.5mm audio jack. There is a fingerprint sensor embedded into its home button.

In the connectivity department, the Galaxy On Nxt comes with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS. It packs in some sensors as well that includes accelerometer, light and proximity. The phablet packs a 3300mAh battery under the hood.

The Samsung Galaxy On Nxt 64GB ROM variant is available in Gold and Black color variants. It has been priced at Rs. 16,900 and will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart starting today midnight.
