Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 launched in India for Rs 20,900

After launching the Galaxy Note 4 in India, Samsung has now launched the Galaxy Mega 2. It has been priced at Rs 20,900 and is available for sale from Samsung India’s official eStore.


The Galaxy Mega 2 features a 6-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. The phablet is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1.5 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat with the latest version of the TouchWiz on top of it.

The Galaxy Mega 2 comes with a 8-megapixel auto-focus rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for your selfies and video calling. The phablet also has one-handed operation as it has a huge screen which also includes Multi-Screen option. The phablet is 8.6 mm thick and weighs 196 grams.


The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 includes Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS + GLONASS and 3G HSPA + 21 Mbps as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 2,800 mAh battery under the hood and is also a dual SIM phone with Duos branding on the top front.

The Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 is available in Brown Black and White colour variants for a price of Rs 20,900.
