Samsung Galaxy Grand Max launched in Korea priced at USD 290

Samsung has recently launched four smartphones in India which are the latest models in the Galaxy A and Galaxy E series. The company has now launched the Galaxy Grand Max in Korea which has been priced at USD 290. Lets have a look at the specifications of the smartphone.


Samsung Galaxy Grand Max

The Galaxy Grand Max features a 5.25-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD TFT LCD display which is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1.5 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat with the latest version of the TouchWiz on top of it. Hopefully it will get an Android 5.0 Lollipop update as well.

The Galaxy Grand Max comes with a 13-megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. It is also capable of recording Full HD videos. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens for better selfies and video calling. It is 7.9 mm thick and weighs 161 grams.


The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max includes 4G LTE/3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,500 mAh battery under the hood.

The Samsung Galaxy Grand Max will be available in White colour only and has been priced at 319,000 South Korean Won (USD 290/ INR Rs 18,300 approximately). The smartphone will be available from the official Samsung Online store in Korea and will also be released on three major carriers. We do not have any details about its availability and pricing in India.
