Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE spotted on official eStore for Rs 8600

Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE (SM-G361H) has been found to be listed on the official Samsung India eStore. It is a variant of the Galaxy Core Prime that was announced last year. Lets check out the specifications.

The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE features a 4.5-inch (800 x 480 pixels) PLS display which is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4 KitKat OS out of the box with the latest version of the TouchWiz on top of it.

The Core Prime VE comes with a 5 megapixel primary rear camera with LED flash. On the front, it has a 2 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone is 8.8 mm thick and weighs 130 grams. It supports Dual SIM and has a 3.5 mm audio jack, FM Radio with RDS.

The Galaxy Core Prime VE includes 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,000 mAh battery under the hood with Ultra Power Saving Mode.


The Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE is available in Black, Grey and White color variants and has been priced at Rs 8,600 in India. It is currently listed as Out of Stock on the official Samsung India eStore but is expected to go on sale in the near future.
