Samsung SM-A700, popularly known as the Samsung Galaxy A7 has paid a visit at FCC. Now we have got the FCC listing and the device specification of the 3rd device from the A series.
As per the FCC listing, the Galaxy A7 is said to feature a 5.2-inch screen with 1920×1080 pixel resolution. It will be powered by a 64-bit Snapdragon 615 processor and have 2 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of internal memory. Other features include 12 MP rear camera and 5MP front camera. Running on Android 4.4 KitKat, the Galaxy A7 will support Bluetooth, WiFi and 4G LTE. All the phones in the A series support LTE connectivity.
The phone should launch soon as Samsung has got FCC certification. Moreover the same device has been through GFX Benchmark and has performed well. Samsung would price this device around $450-$500 which will make it the costliest of the other A Series smartphones. Rumors are also hinting that Galaxy A7 will be sold in selected countries as the device might give a tough competition to its recently launched Galaxy Alpha thereby eating its sales.
