Sachin Tendulkar, who has recently invested and also became the brand ambassador of Smartron, has now unveiled the company’s first Windows 10 2-in-1 hybrid tablet, the Smartron t.book. Lets have a look at the specifications and features of the device.
Smartron t.book Specifications
The Smartron t.book features a 12.2-inch (2560 x 1600) WQXGA IPS 16:9 multi-touch display that comes with oleophobic coating. It is powered by an Intel Core M processor that provides Turbo boost up to 2 GHz. It comes with 4 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and has 128 GB of internal memory (SSD) which can be expanded via microSD card. It runs on Windows 10 Home / Pro OS out of the box. It also comes with a keyboard.
The t.book rocks a 5 megapixel rear camera along with a 2 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It is 9.5 mm thick and comes with 2 1watt stereo speakers and dual microphones.
On the connectivity front, the t.book comes with WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (Dual Band) MIMO, Bluetooth, USB 3.0 (2), micro HDMI and USB Type-C (for charging). It packs in a 37Wh battery under the hood that promises up to 10 hour of battery life (web browsing).
The Smartron t.book is available in Grey with Orange color and has been priced at Rs 39,999. It will go on sale exclusively on Gadgets360 starting from April 8, 2016. The company has also introduced its first 5.5-inch phablet called the t.phone. It will be launched at a separate event in Hyderabad on April 18, 2016.
