Reliance Retail has officially launched two new smartphones – Water 6 and Water 4 in the ‘Water series’ in India today. Lets go through the specifications, features and pricing of the LYF Water 6 here.
Reliance LYF Water 6 Specifications
The LYF Water 6 features a 5.0-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, that is protected by Asahi Dragontrail glass and has a pixel density of 294 PPI. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) 64-bit processor along with Adreno 306 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 32 GB of internal memory, which cannot be expanded via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
The Water 6 comes with a 13 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM (micro), comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio. It is 8 mm thick and weighs 136 grams.
The Water 6 includes 4G with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,920 mAh Lithium-ion built-in battery under the hood, which promises up to 15 hours of talk time on 4G, up to 5 hours of HD video playback, up to 19 hours of audio and up to 290 hours of standby time.
The Reliance LYF Water 6 is available in White Gold color and has been priced at Rs 8,999 in India.
