Reliance Retail has launched two new budget smartphones in the Flame and Wind series – Flame 7 and Wind 7 in India recently. Lets check out the specifications, features, pricing and availability of the LYF Flame 7 here.
Reliance LYF Flame 7 Specifications
The LYF Flame 7 features a 4.0-inch (800 x 480 pixels) WVGA TN display, that comes with a pixel density of 218 PPI and is protected by Asahi Dragontrail Glass. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum 9830A processor along with 512 MHz Mali-400 MP2 GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box.
The Flame 7 comes with a 5 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 2 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM (standard + micro), comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM radio. It is 10.8 mm thick and weighs 113 grams.
The Flame 7 includes 4G with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 1,750 mAh Lithium ion battery under the hood, which promises up to 7 hours of talk time on 4G, up to 3.5 hours of HD video playback, up to 14 hours of audio playback and up to 175 hours of standby time.
The main USP of this phone is not its specifications, as you can see, but the Jio Preview offer, where the customer will get unlimited access to 4G data, voice calls and Jio Apps for 90 days.
The Reliance LYF Flame 7 is available in Black color and has been priced at Rs 3,499 in India. Earlier, the company had released a number of smartphones in the Flame series, that includes Flame 1, Flame 2, Flame 3, Flame 4, Flame 5, Flame 6 and Flame 8.
