Panasonic Toughpad FZ-B2 was launched in India by the company. It is the latest durable Android tablet by Panasonic priced at a whopping Rs 75,000. The company launched LUMIX CM1, their first smart camera running on Android.

The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-B2 features a 7-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) display with anti-glare for reading even under sunlight. It is powered by a 1.83 GHz (up to 2.16 GHz) Intel Celeron N2930 processor. It has 2 GB of DDR3 RAM and comes with 32 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat OS and hopefully Panasonic will upgrade it to Android 5.0 Lollipop in the near future.
The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-B2 comes with a 5 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, it has a 720p front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The tablet is water and dust proof with IP65 certification. It also comes with MIL-STD-810G design which saves it from drops (drop resistant up to 120 cm), shock, vibration, rain, dust, sand, altitude, freeze, high/low temperature, humidity and explosive atmosphere.
The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-B2 has 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth v2.1, Satellite GPS and micro HDMI as connectivity options. The tablet packs in a 3,220 mAh user-replaceable battery under the hood which promises up to 7 hours of battery life.
The Panasonic Toughpad FZ-B2 is certainly not made for normal users and is strictly for business professionals and others. It is priced at Rs 75,000 in India.
