Panasonic T50 with SAIL UI launched in India for Rs 4990

Panasonic T50 has been officially launched in India today. It is a budget smartphone from the company that comes with Panasonic’s in-house custom skin called SAIL UI. Lets go through the specifications of the device.


Panasonic T50 Specifications

The Panasonic T50 features a 4.5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA display that is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box with SAIL UI on top of it and hopefully will be upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the near future. The new SAIL UI comes with features like Batch Arranging for launcher, that will help consolidate multiple apps into batches like genre and frequency of use, Theme Club with several free themes, Gesture Control and more.

The T50 comes with a 5 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 2 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The new SAIL camera UI features 9 beauty camera modes, Child mode, Pose mode, Watermark and more. It is 8.9 mm thick. The smartphone supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.

The T50 includes 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 1,600 mAh battery under the hood.

The Panasonic T50 is available in Midnight Blue, Rose Gold and Champagne Gold color variants and has been priced at Rs 4,990 in India.
