Panasonic Eluga I2 2GB and 3GB RAM variants launched in India

Panasonic Eluga I2 with 1GB RAM and 8GB ROM was introduced in India back in August last year. Today, Panasonic has launched two upgraded variants of the device, that come with 2GB / 3GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage. Lets check out the specifications, features and pricing now.


Panasonic Eluga I2 (2016) Specifications

The Panasonic Eluga I2 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS Oncell touch display. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core processor. It has 2 / 3 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box with FitHome UI on top of it.

The Eluga I2 comes with a 8 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for selfies and video calling. It is 8.8 mm thick and weighs 135 grams. It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio.

The Eluga I2 includes 4G LTE (Band: 3, 5 and 40) with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS / A-GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,000 mAh battery under the hood.

The Panasonic Eluga I2 is available in Metallic Gold, Metallic Silver and Metallic Grey color variants. The 2GB variant costs Rs 7,990 and the 3GB variant costs Rs 8,990 in India. The user also gets a protective screen guard worth Rs 399 for free.
