Panasonic Eluga A2 has been officially launched in India today. It is the latest smartphone in the ‘Eluga’ series that comes with 3GB RAM and has support for 4G VoLTE. Lets check out the specifications and pricing of the device now.
Panasonic Eluga A2 Specifications
The Panasonic Eluga A2 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display that is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core processor. It has 3 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS out of the box with FitHome UI on top of it and hopefully will be upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow in the near future.
The Eluga A2 comes with a 8 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The smartphone supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 8.9 mm thick and weighs 167.5 grams.
The Eluga A2 includes 4G LTE with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a massive 4,000 mAh battery under the hood.
The Panasonic Eluga A2 is available in Metallic Silver and Metallic Gold color variants for Rs 9,490 in India. It comes with a free protective screen guard worth Rs 399 out of the box. The company had previously launched the Panasonic Eluga I2 (2GB and 3GB RAM) and Panasonic Eluga I3 in the country.
