OPPO India launches F3 with dual selfie cameras for Rs. 19990

OPPO F3, the smaller variant of the OPPO F3 Plus has been officially announced in India at an event in Mumbai today. It might be smaller in terms of size but it also packs in dual selfie cameras on the front, just like the F3 Plus. OPPO has also revealed the Team India jersey in the presence of OPPO India President and BCCI CEO. OPPO F3 Specifications

The OPPO F3 features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS 2.5D curved glass display, which has a pixel density of 401 PPI and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. It is being powered by a 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750T 64-bit processor along with Mali-T860 GPU. It comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. It runs on ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow.

The F3 rocks a 13 megapixel primary rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, PDAF. On the front, the F3 comes with a dual lens setup. There is a 16 megapixel primary selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture, 76.4-degree wide-angle lens along with a 8 megapixel secondary selfie camera with 120-degree wide-angle lens. It supports Dual SIM (nano), comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 7.3mm thick and weighs 153 grams. It comes with a fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button with hydrophobic zirconium surface, that can unlock the phone in just 0.22 seconds and can even work when your fingers are moist/wet.

The OPPO F3 includes 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1 LE, USB OTG and GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 3200mAh battery (non-removable) under the hood.

The OPPO F3 is available in Rose Gold and Gold color variants. It has been priced at Rs. 19,990 in India and is currently available for pre-order exclusively via Flipkart (online) and offline retail stores till May 12. The phone will go on sale starting from May 13, 2017.
