OnePlus One 16 GB Silk White gets listed, coming soon on Amazon India

OnePlus One went on sale in India on December 2 exclusively on Amazon India for Rs 21,999. The 64 GB Sandstone Black variant is available for purchase only if you can manage to get an invite. We are now seeing the 16 GB Silk White variant being listed on Amazon India.


OnePlus One 16 GB Silk White variant gets listed on Amazon India but the price hasn’t been revealed yet. All we know is that the phablet will be priced below Rs 20,000 and you will still need an invite to purchase the ‘flagship killer’. You can sign up for alert of when it will be available for purchase.

The OnePlus One 64 GB remains in great demand since launch and also overcoming the setback of Cyanogen Inc not proving OTA update to the Indian units in favour of an exclusive deal with Micromax’s new division ‘Yu’.

The OnePlus One phablet features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by 2.5 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 MSM8974AC processor . It has 3 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which cannot be expanded via microSD card. The device runs on CyanogenMod 11s on top of Android KitKat 4.4, but the company will shift to their own custom ROM, which will be based on Android 5.0 Lollipop, following the breakup with Cyanogen Inc in India.

The OnePlus One comes with a 13-megapixel rear auto-focus camera with dual LED flash along with a Sony Exmor BSI sensor. It is also capable of recording 4K videos. On the front, it has a 5-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The phablet weighs only 162 grams and is 8.9 mm thick. It is a single SIM device.

The OnePlus One includes 4G LTE/3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n/ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), WiFi Direct, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, NFC as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 3,100 mAh battery under the hood.
