OnePlus 2 makes an appearance on TENAA in China

The OnePlus 2 which is about to be officially launched on July 27 has made an appearance on TENAA in China. Lets have a look at the device.

OnePlus 2 Specifications

The OnePlus 2 will be smaller and more compact than the OnePlus One. It will be powered by an updated Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 v2.1 chipset, come with patented USB Type C port, a fingerprint sensor which is supposedly ‘faster than TouchID’. It will also come with a whopping 4GB of LPDDR4 RAM on board which will be powered by a 3300 mAh battery under the hood. According to MKBHD’s OnePlus 2 camera review, it has a 13 megapixel rear camera with laser autofocus and f/2.0 aperture.

The company also accidentally confirmed it will have Dual SIM support and it might be Hybrid SIM, where one can use a microSD card on the second slot. The display size or resolution has not been confirmed yet. The back has a Sandstone Black finish like the OnePlus One 64GB variant but OnePlus will sell swappable back covers. There is an addition on the front i.e. the physical home button to place the fingerprint sensor, which is supposedly ‘faster than Apple’s TouchID’. The 13 megapixel rear camera will come with dual-tone LED flash with Laser AutoFocus, like the LG G4 lineup.

The ‘2016 flagship killer’ will be priced under $450. It will be launched at an unusual VR event on July 27. Also, find out how the OnePlus 2 Invite System will work.
