Obi Worldphone SF1 now selling on Snapdeal in India, price starts at Rs 9999

Obi Worldphone SF1 was launched in India back in November last year and went on flash sale exclusively on NDTV Gadgets360 starting from December 7. Later, it was available on Amazon India from this January. Now, the smartphone is selling on Snapdeal as well.


Obi Worldphone SF1 Specifications

The Obi Worldphone SF1 features a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD JDI In-Cell IPS floating display, which is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 and has oleophobic coating. It is powered by octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 64-bit (Quad A53 – 1.5 GHz + Quad A53 – 1.0 GHz) processor along with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 2 / 3 GB of RAM and comes with 16 / 32 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop out of the box with Obi Lifespeed UI on top of it.

The SF1 comes with a 13 megapixel rear primary camera with LED flash, Sony IMX214 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash for selfies and video calling. The smartphone supports Hybrid Dual SIM (micro + nano) where the second SIM slot can be used as a microSD card slot and comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack. It is 8 mm thick and weighs 147 grams. It also has Dolby Audio.

The Obi Worldphone SF1 includes 4G LTE (Band 3 & 40), 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS / GLONASS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 3,000 mAh built-in battery under the hood.


The Obi Worldphone SF1 is now selling on Snapdeal at an introductory offer price of Rs 9,999 (2GB/16GB) and Rs 11,999 (3GB/32GB). It is usually available for Rs 11,999 and Rs 13,999, respectively.
