Motorola is going to unveil its next flagship Moto X+1 on September 4 event of IFA 2014. Along with it the company is set to unveil the mid-ranged successor of Moto G and the most talked smartwatch Androidwear device Moto 360. Last week we have been through many leaks of these devices. Earlier today, a publication hellomotoHK revealed few images of the upcoming Moto G2.
According to the image the phone will have a bump in the screen size from 4.5 inch in the original Moto G to 5 inch in the successor Moto G2. GFX benchmark also showed similar screen size for the phone with 1280x720p HD display. The photos also show front and rear of the phone along with removable plastic back panel as its predecessor. It also looks like the phone will come with dual sim capabilities as it sports two sim card slots and a micro SD expansion slot. Moto G successor aka Moto G2 will feature front facing speakers like the Moto E.
The device is said to feature a Snapdragon 400 chipset with a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 CPU; an Adreno 305 GPU; 1GB of RAM; 8MP rear and 2-megapixel front camera and 8/16GB of internal storage.
We’ll get to know the exact details and price after the IFA event which will held on 4th of September. There is a special event for India which Motorola has scheduled on 5th.
