News related to Motorola Shamu a.k.a has already surfaced online and it was stated that Motorola would release the next Nexus device sometime in October. Today’s leak has got a photo of the next upcoming Nexus Smartphone.
The upcoming device would get a 5.92-inch QHD screen with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels having a density of 498 ppi. It also houses a Snapdragon 805 SoC along with 3GB of RAM. The device is said to have an internal flash storage of 32 GB. The smartphone would be powered up by 3,200 mAh battery which can keep it alive all day long.
Speaking of the Camera, Motorola Shamu will get a 13-megapixel rear shooter which is said to have the ability to shoot 4k UHD videos. Along with that the device will have a 2-megapixel front facing camera.
According to the leaked image by the publication the device has a similar look with Moto X apart from the fact that its volume rocker and lock buttons got shifted down towards the center of the device. This might have been done for easy access to the buttons over one handed usage. The report also says that ‘this Nexus device, despite its similarities to Moto’s official line-up, will lack features like Moto Assist and Quick Capture.’
