Motorola has painted their Camera and Gallery apps with Material Design

The Material Design updates are all rolling out to different devices everyday. After the Android 5.0 Lollipop rollout in the 2014 edition  Moto G and Moto X, Motorola has started rolling out a minor update for their Camera and Gallery apps. In the new update they have painted the apps following the new Material Design UI.Motorola-Camera-and-Gallery-Material-Design

The new updates have also incorporate few improvements apart from the inheritance of the new Material Design. The Motorola Camera app has got new Timer mode, option to switch the camera by double flick of the wrist in Moto X, Droid Ultra, and Droid Turbo, in addition to current feature that lets you launch the camera using flick of your wrist. Earlier this year, the Motorola Camera app got updated with option to click images with the volume buttons. Company’s recent addition also included remote shutter application using Android Wear.

Though the company has pushed the OTA update but presently these apps are available for download for the Moto X, Moto G and Droid devices through Google Play. Other devices should get the update in the mean time.
