Motorola Moto Hint 2nd Gen with better battery and audio now available

Motorola Moto Hint 2nd Gen has been quietly launched by the company. It is the tiny Bluetooth headset which was launched last year along with the new Moto X. Lets check out the improvements.


The Moto Hint 2nd Gen has an improved battery life of up to 17 hours of talk time in comparison to 10 hours of battery on the original model. It has been redesigned which should also provide enhanced audio quality. Now, it will also get an easier time checking notifications and controlling apps. The company is using Bluetooth 3.0 + EDR technology for the Moto Hint 2nd Gen along with CrystalTalk noise and wind cancelling technology.

The Moto Hint needs to be paired with a smartphone, then after you put it in your ear, it automatically turns on because of IR proximity sensor. Similarly, when you will take it off, it will turn itself off. After it is turned off, calls will be automatically routed to your smartphone. It seems very neat and simple. It is also compatible with any Bluetooth enabled smartphone and it has a range of 150 feet from the smartphone, impressive. It will also come in a variety of natural materials and colours.

Motorola has also added new ear gels on the Moto Hint 2nd Gen and thus it has become more comfortable and fit to wear in comparison to the original model. It is listed on Best Buy in USA for US $129.99.
