Motorola introduced the Moto G4 Plus along with Moto G4 back in May this year. The Moto G4 Plus went on open sale exclusively on Amazon India on the same day. Now, the company has officially launched the Moto G4 in the country today. It will go on sale starting from June 23 (Midnight) exclusively on Amazon India.

The Motorola Moto G4 features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and has a pixel density of 401 PPI. The Moto Display now comes with swipe to unlock and swipe to dismiss features. It is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 (Quad 1.5 GHz + Quad 1.2 GHz) 64-bit processor along with Adreno 405 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory, which can also be expanded up to 128 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow OS out of the box.
The Moto G4 rocks a 13 megapixel primary rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and Full HD 1080p video recording. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with OmniVision OV5693 sensor and 84-degree wide-angle lens for selfies and video calling. It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It also has water-repellent nano-coating.
The Moto G4 includes 4G LTE with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood with Turbo Charging support, which will offer 6 hours of usage with just 15 minutes of charging.
The Motorola Moto G4 is available in Black and White color variants and has been priced at Rs 12,499. It is now selling exclusively via Amazon India.
