Moto E4 and E4 Plus officially launched in India for Rs. 8,999 and Rs. 9,999

Lenovo-owned Motorola has unveiled the new Moto E4 series in India today. The new ‘E series’ phones were announced last month. The Moto E4 Plus, priced at Rs. 9,999, is a Flipkart exclusive while the Moto E4 priced at Rs. 8,999 is available in offline retail stores. They come in Iron Grey and Fine Gold colors. The Moto E4 Plus boasts of a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD 2.5D curved glass IPS display, which has a pixel density of 267 PPI. It is being powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It comes with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory, which can be expanded further up to 128GB by adding a microSD card. The device runs on Android 7.1.1 Nougat OS out of the box.

The Moto E4 Plus rocks a 13 megapixel primary rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, LED flash and 78-degree lens. It can record Full HD 1080p videos. There is a 5 megapixel fixed-focus front-facing camera with f/2.2 aperture, 74-degree lens and LED flash for taking selfies and making video calls. It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5mm audio jack FM Radio and Dolby Atmos. It has a metal body, which is 9.55mm thick and weighs 181 grams. It has water-repellent nano-coating for water resistance, like most other Motorola phones. There is a fingerprint sensor located in front, which can unlock the phone quickly.

In the connectivity department, the E4 Plus includes 4G VoLTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1 LE and GPS. The phablet packs in a 5000mAh battery (non-removable) with support for rapid charging (10W).

It supports Dual SIM, comes with a 3.5mm audio jack and FM Radio. It has a metal body, which is 9.3mm thick and weighs 150 grams. It has water-repellent nano-coating for water resistance, like most other Motorola phones. There is a fingerprint sensor located on the front, which can unlock the device quickly.
