Moto 360 is the last known Android Wear smartwatch which is yet to be launched although it made an appearance on Best Buy today prior to its launch on September 4 at IFA.
We had earlier discussed about the Moto 360 which revealed almost everything but the correct price tag. The Best buy leak shows the Moto 360 priced at $249. If this is true which certainly looks so, will result in Moto 360 becoming $50 cheaper than the $300 Samsung Galaxy Gear 2 while slightly more expensive than the $230 LG G watch.
Along with the pricing, the Best buy listing which was later taken down also revealed specifications of the Moto 360 smartwatch. It will consist of a 1.5 inch backlit LCD touch panel which is round in shape with a 320 x 290 resolution display along with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
The listing also reveals the Moto 360 to be equipped with a heart rate monitor, a pedometer and also water resistant. The CPU inside a Moto 360 is supposedly a “Texas Instruments Processor” without any mention of model number or clock speed. The smartwatch will support Bluetooth and will be compatible with most of the Android devices running Android 4.3 and above. Finally, the specs also mention that the Moto 360 will come with “Wireless N” compatibility for wireless charging.
Motorola will be unveiling the Moto 360 along with host of other devices at IFA 2014 on September 4. Stay tuned to us for more on the same.
