The Windows 10 Technical Preview for phones Build 10051 can be downloaded now on most of the Windows devices from Microsoft. The first build was limited to a certain number of devices. Microsoft Windows devices with 512 MB RAM were also part of the program.

The new build does support a large number of devices but the Lumia 930, Icon and Lumia 640 XL are not yet supported. It is due to an issue with the scaling on these devices, thus making the UI too small, according to Microsoft.
