Meizu m3 note has been officially launched at an event in China today. It is the successor of the m2 note that was introduced last year. Lets check out the specifications of this budget phablet.
Meizu m3 note Specifications
The Meizu m3 note features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD LTPS curved glass display, which churns out 450 nits of brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio. It is powered by a 1.8 GHz Octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor along with Mali T860 GPU. It has 2 / 3 GB of RAM and comes in 16 / 32 storage variants along with expandable memory up to 128 GB via microSD. The device runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box with Flyme OS on top of it.
The m3 note comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash, f/2.2 aperture, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF), 5P lens. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 4P lens for selfies and video calling. The phablet is 8.3 mm thick, weighs 163 grams and supports Hybrid Dual SIM (nano + nano/microSD). It comes with the mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor, which has been embedded into the home button. It can unlock the device in just 0.2 seconds.
The m3 note includes 4G LTE with VoLTE support, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (dual band), Bluetooth 4.1 and GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a massive 4,100 mAh battery under the hood that promises up to 17 hours of video playback.
The Meizu m3 note is available in Grey, Golden and Silver color variants and has been priced at CNY 799 (US $123 / INR Rs 8,205 approximately) for the 2GB RAM + 16GB ROM variant whereas the 3GB RAM + 32GB ROM variant costs CNY 999 (US $154 / INR Rs 10,258 approximately). The phablet goes on sale in China starting from April 11 and registrations for the same have started today. It is coming to India next month (May, 2016).
