Meizu M2 Note was announced in China by the company on June 2. It is the successor of the M1 Note which was recently launched in India. Lets have a look at the specifications.
Meizu M2 Note Specifications
The Meizu M2 Note features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display from Sharp/AUO which is protected by Tempered Glass. It is powered by a 1.3 GHz Octa-core 64-bit MediaTek MT6753 processor along with 450 MHz Mali-T720 MP2 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes in 16 and 32 storage variants along with expandable memory up to 128 GB via microSD. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop out of the box with Flyme OS on top of it.
The M2 Note comes with a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, f/2.2 aperture and 5P lenses. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera featuring a Omnivision 5670 sensor with 69-degree wide-angle lens for better selfies and video calling. The phablet is 8.7 mm thick and weighs just 149 grams.
The M2 Note includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (dual band), Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 3,100 mAh battery under the hood.
The Meizu M2 Note is available in Blue, Pink, White and Grey colour variants and has been priced at 799 CNY (US $129 / INR Rs 8,250 approximately) for the 16GB variant. The 32GB variant will cost 999 CNY (US $161 / INR Rs 10,300 approximately). It is already on sale in China via the official website and JD.com. Meizu India Facebook page teased about the device as ‘Coming soon’. Hence, it might land in India in a month or two.
