LG Wine Smart flip phone was officially announced by the company back in August for the International markets that includes Italy, France, Poland, Spain, Japan and Kazakhstan. It is the successor of the Wine Smart launched last year. Today, the company has launched it as LG Wine Smart Jazz for two major Korean carriers SKT and KT. It is already selling in Korea named as LG Gentle for 200,000 South Korean Won (US $172).
According to LG, the Wine flip phone series sales has crossed 500 million. Lets check out the specifications of the phone.
LG Wine Smart Jazz Specifications
The LG Wine Smart Jazz features a 3.2-inch (480 x 320 pixels) touch screen display and is powered by a 1.1 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 processor along with Adreno 304 GPU. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 4 GB of internal memory which is expandable via microSD card. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop OS out of the box. It has a T9 keypad along with a dedicated Q button, which will allow the users to instantly activate the most frequently used apps.
On the camera front, the Wine Smart Jazz rocks a 3 megapixel rear camera and a 0.3 megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera for your selfies and video calling. The smartphone weighs 143 grams and is 16.6 mm thick. It has 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio as well. It has a soft leather-like finish throughout the body.
The Wine Smart Jazz comes with 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. It packs in a 1,700 mAh battery under the hood.
The LG Wine Smart Jazz is available in Beige and Brown color variants and has been priced at 242,000 South Korean Won (US $ 205 / INR Rs 13,460 approximately). It is available via local operators SKT and KT in Korea starting today (September 21).
The company also announced LG Class smartphone with a metal body in Korea today.
