Google will supposedly launch two new Nexus devices this year – one will be a high-end device made by Huawei and another will be a budget device by LG, much like the Nexus 5. Now, we are seeing some rendered images of the LG Nexus 2015 being leaked on the Internet.
Exclusive rendered images of the LG Nexus 2015 were found on uSwitch by Leakster @OnLeaks. According to the leak, the device might feature a USB Type-C port, which is seen on the OnePlus 2. Coming to the display, it might feature a 5.2-inch screen, however, we are not sure about the resolution yet.
It will be 8 mm thick at the thinnest point and 9.8 mm thick at the thickest point, because of the protruding camera, according to the leak. The unofficial renders based on the factory schematics depict a large camera sensor on the back along with a dual-tone LED flash, laser Auto Focus. We can also see a fingerprint scanner which is circular in design below the camera module. The images also show a dual front-facing speaker.
The LG Nexus 2015 is rumoured to come with a metal frame and plastic back, however, there is a possibility of it being featuring a full metal uni-body design. The Huawei’s Nexus device will be much more in line with the Nexus 6, supposedly featuring a 5.7-inch display. Both the devices are reportedly launch together at an event around October or November.
