LG Max, a smartphone focused on selfies has been launched in India. It is a mid-range 3G device which is also a successor to the last year’s L Bello. Lets take a look at the specifications.
LG Max Specifications
The LG Max features a 5-inch (854 x 480 pixels) FWVGA display which is powered by 1.3 GHz quad-core processor. It has 1 GB of RAM and comes with 8 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop out of the box. It has Dual SIM feature with micro SIM support.
The Max comes with a 8 megapixel auto-focus rear primary camera with LED flash. On the front, there is a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It has Gesture Shot which will let the users to take selfies without pressing any buttons by simply opening and closing a hand in front of the camera and also has Selfie Flash feature which turns the phone’s display into a soft flash. The smartphone is 9.6 mm thick and weighs 155 grams.
The Max includes 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,540 mAh removable battery under the hood.
The LG Max is available in White, Gold and Titan colour variants and has been priced at Rs 10,990 in India. The LG Bello II announced couple of days ago is being renamed as Max in India. It is also one of the first countries in the world to get the smartphone ahead of Europe and the CIS.
