LG Class smartphone has been officially announced in Korea. It is the latest device from the company that sports a metal body. Lets go through the specifications of the handset.
LG Class Specifications
The LG Class features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display with curved glass that offers a 3D effect. The smartphone is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) 64-bit processor along with Adreno 306 GPU. It has 2 GB of LPDDR3 RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 2 TB via microSD card. It runs on Android Lollipop out of the box.
The smartphone houses a 13 megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a 8 megapixel front-facing camera (same as LG G4) for selfies and video calling. It comes with a 1 Watt speaker, 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It has a metal body that is 7.4 mm thick and weighs 147 grams.
The LG Class includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1, NFC and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,050 mAh battery under the hood.
The LG Class is available in Silver, Blue Black and Gold color variants and has been priced at 399300 Won (US $340 / INR Rs 22,335 approximately). It goes on sale in Korea via all major carriers starting from today (September 21). There is no information on global roll out yet.
LG is expected to announce a bigger variant of G4 on October 1.
