Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 with AnyPen Technology is now available in India via the official Lenovo Online Store. The new technology called ‘AnyPen’ will the user scribble with any pen or pencil and it will work as a digital stylus for sketching and note-taking. Lets go through the specifications.

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 features a 8-inch (1920 x 1200 pixels) Full HD IPS display with 10-point multi-touch and 178-degree viewing angle. It is powered by an up to 1.86 GHz quad-core Intel Atom A3745 processor. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 32 GB of internal memory which can also be expanded up to 64 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Windows 8.1 OS (with Bing for Small Tablets) and should be upgradable to Windows 10 in future.

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 comes with a 8 megapixel rear primary camera with f/2.2 wide-aperture lens and BSI sensor. On the front, it has a 1.6 megapixel HD front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. The tablet is 2.7 mm at the thinnest point and 7.0 mm at the thickest, weighs 426 grams.


The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 includes WiFi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4 & 5 GHz), Bluetooth 4.0, USB (OTG) as connectivity options. The tablet packs in a 6,400 mAh battery under the hood which promises up to 18 hours of usage.

The Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 with AnyPen Technology is available in Ebony Black colour and has been priced at Rs 22,449 in India. It can now be pre-ordered from Lenovo’s official online store and will start shipping on April 29, 2015.

Lenovo recently launched K80 in China and Lenovo A5000 in India soon.
