Lenovo Vibe S1 with dual front-facing cameras to launch in India on November 23

Lenovo India is all set to bring the Lenovo Vibe S1 in India on November 23. The soft launch has already taken place at an event in New Delhi couple of days back. It was officially announced at IFA 2015 in Berlin back in September. The smartphone is made for selfie lovers as it comes with dual front-facing cameras.


Lenovo Vibe S1 Specifications

The Lenovo Vibe S1 features a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display, that is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. It is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek 64-bit processor. It has 3 GB of RAM and comes with 32 GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 128 GB via microSD. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box with Vibe UI on top.

The Vibe S1 comes with a 13 megapixel rear primary camera with dual-tone LED flash. On the front, there is a 8 megapixel front-facing camera to capture selfies and a 2 megapixel secondary camera to analyze the depth of field. It is 7.8 mm thick and weighs 132 grams.

The Vibe S1 includes 4G LTE, 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. The smartphone packs in a 2,500 mAh battery under the hood.

The Lenovo Vibe S1 is available in Pearl White and Midnight Blue color variants and has been priced at $299 in USA. Hence, we can expect it to be priced around Rs 20,000 in India. We will know the exact pricing on November 23.
