Lenovo Vibe C2 with Android Marshmallow goes official

Lenovo Vibe C2 has been announced in Russia. It is the latest budget smartphone from the company. Lets check out the specifications and features of the device below.

The Lenovo Vibe C2 features a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, that comes with 8000:1 contrast ratio and 70% NTSC color gamut. It is powered by a 1.0 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P processor along with Mali-T720 GPU. It packs in 1 GB of RAM along with 8 / 16 GB of internal storage, that can be further expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on the latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS out of the box with Lenovo’s Vibe UI on top of it.

The Vibe C2 rocks a 8 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Sony 219, 1/4″ sensor. It comes with a 5 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It supports dual SIM (micro), comes with a 3.5 mm audio jack and FM Radio. It is 8.55 mm thick and weighs 139 grams. It comes with a 1 Watt speaker, Smart PA amplifier with Waves Maxx audio for an enhanced audio experience.

On the connectivity front, the Vibe C2 comes with 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 LE and GPS. The smartphone packs in a 2,750 mAh battery under the hood.

The Lenovo Vibe C2 is available in White and Black color variants. However, there is no information about the pricing or roll out details yet.
