Lenovo K3 Note goes on open sale on August 10-11, yellow colour variant introduced

Lenovo K3 Note, became the most affordable Full HD phone, after launching in India, at the end of June. However, it might have lost the tag but has not lost its touch. The device is going on open sale on August 10 and 11 and Lenovo is also introducing the third colour variant – the lemon yellow.


Lenovo introduced the black variant of K3 Note in the second flash sale and to celebrate the success of the device, the company is throwing in an open sale, where the yellow colour variant will also be up for grab. To break up the numbers, Lenovo sold 47,440 units in the pilot flash sale on July 8, 49,800 (Black – 30k, White – 19.8k) in the second sale, 45,000 units in the third and 62,000 pieces in the last flash sale.

The K3 Note will be up for grab in White, Black and Yellow colour variants for Rs 9,999 in India, exclusively on Flipkart on August 10 and 11, without any registration and flash sale. Lenovo K3 Note Specifications

The Lenovo K3 Note features a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display with 72% screen-to-body ratio along with 178-degree wide viewing angle. The display also has 400 nits brightness. It is powered by 1.7 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6752 processor along with Mali-T760 MP2 GPU. It has 2 GB of RAM and comes with 16 GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32 GB via microSD card. The device runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS out of the box with Vibe UI on top of it.

The Lenovo K3 Note comes with a 13 megapixel auto-focus rear primary camera with dual-tone LED flash. On the front, it has a 5 megapixel front-facing camera with for selfies and video calling. The phablet is 7.99 mm thick and weighs 150 grams. It comes with Dual SIM feature where both supports 4G LTE.

The Lenovo K3 Note includes 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS as connectivity options. The phablet packs in a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood.
