LeEco Le 2 with deca-core SoC, Marshmallow gets certified by TENAA

LeEco Le 2, successor of the Le 1s was spotted on GFXBench earlier this month and now it has been certified by Chinese telecom regulator TENAA. Lets check out the latest rumoured specifications of the device along with the images.


LeEco Le 2 Rumoured Specifications

The LeEco Le 2 will sport a 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Full HD IPS in-cell display. It will be powered by a 2.3 GHz deca-core MediaTek Helio X20 64-bit processor along with Mali-T880 MP4 GPU. It will come with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal memory (eMMC 5.0), that cannot be expanded via microSD card. It will run on EUI based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS.

On the camera front, the Le 2 will have a 16 megapixel rear camera with LED flash, Phase Detection Auto Focus (PDAF). It will come with a 8 megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calling. It will support Dual SIM and also come with a fingerprint sensor on the back. It will be 7.7 mm thick and weigh 153 grams.

The Le 2 will come with 4G LTE, 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (Dual Band), Bluetooth 4.1 with APT-X, GPS and USB Type C as connectivity options. The phablet will pack in a 3,000 mAh battery under the hood with support for fast charging.


There is no exact information on the launch of LeEco Le 2 yet but with the TENAA certification out of the way, we can expect the company to unveil it by the end of this month (April 2016).
